Putting forward along with the high school thought politics discipline core literacy,according to the elementary school,junior high school,high school education teaching idea,course for junior middle school moral discipline core literacy and the rule of law is put forward the new requirements,to help the student to obtain values of subject characteristics,key ability and the essential character,so as to effectively implement the basic task of khalid ents.Among them,the primary and secondary school moral education work guide "proposed explicitly put forward the overall goal of moral education of primary and secondary schools include the guide students to accurately understand and grasp the profound connotation of socialist core values and practical requirements,form a good political quality,moral quality,the rule of law consciousness and behavior habits,form a positive and healthy personality and good psychological quality,promote the development of the students' literacy and comprehensive core,life growth lay a solid ideological foundation for the students." With the introduction of integrated teaching materials on ethics and the rule of law,and the proposal of the subject core quality,inquiry learning has become an indispensable learning mode in the teaching of ethics and the rule of law.How to make better use of inquiry learning in classroom teaching and give full play to its maximum advantages is worth further thinking and practice.In this study,on the basis of collecting literature data,further education practice experience and the communication with front-line teachers comprehension,morality and the rule of law for junior high school classroom use of inquiry learning in the superficial analysis of existing problems,and puts forward some optimization strategy,to explore the theory and practice of the subject rich render a bit.The paper consists of three parts:The first part is the research background and significance of this paper,and discusses the research situation of inquiry learning at home and abroad,mainly including the overview research of inquiry learning,the analysis of the existing problems and countermeasures of inquiry learning,and the relevant overview of other aspects.The second part is the main part of this paper.Firstly,the concept of inquiry learning is defined on the basis of summarizing previous studies.To explain the theoretical basis ofinquiry learning,including dialectical materialism epistemology,constructivism,zone of proximal development,bruner's discovery learning and other theories;This paper analyzes the necessity of inquiry learning in junior middle school moral and rule of law classroom from three aspects: the requirements for talent cultivation put forward by the development of times and educational reform,the requirements put forward by new teaching materials based on core qualities and moral and rule of law,and the requirements put forward by the construction of activity-oriented discipline classroom.Secondly,for the current middle school moral lesson and the rule of law in the use of inquiry learning problems are analyzed,mainly from the theme to explore,to explore the set of problems,to explore the process of,and to explore the effect of evaluation for concrete analysis,and from the teachers,students,teaching content itself to study the causes of problems.Finally,according to the existing problems,and on the basis of literature review and educational practice experience,the solutions are proposed,including four aspects: highlighting the core quality of the subject by exploring the topic,highlighting the characteristics of the subject by exploring the content,enhancing the regulatory power of the exploration process,and improving the mechanism of inquiry evaluation.The third part is the conclusion of this paper,on the basis of the previous summary of cooperative inquiry learning.
