This paper starts with the development of the theory of "key competency" and introduces its main content of the physics subject key competencies.Through the practical investigation of the implementation status of key competences training in the course of high school physics teaching,on the one hand,summarize and discover the existing problems and defects.On the other hand,study and discuss the high school physics teaching strategies under the physics subject key competencies.The method is the core of the education,as well as the thinking is the core of the learning.The key competency of high school physics teaching can fully reflect the value of this course.The four dimensions of "physical concept","scientific thinking","experimental inquiry" and "scientific attitude and responsibility" in the physics subject key competencies emphasize the importance of teaching methods,learning methods and scientific thinking to cultivate students' lifelong learning.If so,can in the high school physics teaching process fully implementing of subject key competencies training,which can develop the students' scientific innovative thinking,active classroom atmosphere,improve learning sense of responsibility and sense of mission,and to enhance the communication between teachers and students,set an example,more outstanding teachers' leading role and students' main body status,so as to effectively help the students master the key,break through the difficulty,and promote the harmonious development of the classroom.Through the investigation and research,I find that there are still many problems in the current high school physics classroom.For example,students have insufficient interest in learning and passive acceptance of knowledge.Students' cooperation awareness is poor and scientific inquiry ability needs to be improved;unable to connect life with physics class and solve practical problems flexibly;with poor scientific thinking and weak innovation ability,the ultimate goal of cultivating students' lifelong learning ability is out of reach.In view of the above problems,according to the relevant theoretical guidance and the four-dimensional requirements of the physics subject key competencies,I propose to stimulate students' interests and turn "passive" into "initiative";cultivate students' scientific inquiry ability and enhance cooperation consciousness;use experimentation to enhance core literacy education;cultivating the thinking mode of innovation and science;to cultivate students' scientific attitude and sense of responsibility and other five teaching strategies.At last,from the two aspects of methods and implementation,how to train students' lifelong learning ability through high school physics teaching under the condition of the key Competency is solved.
