The important goal proposed in the latest round of education reform is to improve the key competencies in science of students.Therefore,the development of the key competencies in Physics becomes an important part in the improvement of the key competencies in science of students.Physics is a subject which is based on experiments.And the experimental teaching is an important part in Physics.The experimental teaching has a crucial function in developing both the comprehensive physical concepts and the exploration and communication ability of students.Moreover,the experimental teaching plays an important role in improving the experimental thinking and creation ability of students,as well as in improving the scientific accomplishment and spirit of students.All these abilities are the key elements of the key competencies in Physics.Therefore,it is very important to develop the key competencies of students through the experimental teaching in Physics.At present,the research on the development of the key competencies of students is mainly focused on theory,while the related research based on the experimental teaching is very limited.With the combination of both the physical and mental characteristics and the cognitive law of the high school students,the research starts from the course teaching and the exploration of experiments,and discusses the comprehensive development of the four dimensions of the key competencies.Based on the reflective teaching theory and the theory of constructivism and humanism,we investigate and analyze the-state-of-the-art experimental teaching in the development of the key competencies of students.Finally,the teaching principles and the practical strategies are concluded in the developments of the key competencies of students in the experimental teaching of Physics,and then the teaching cases are designed and operated by combing the teaching strategies.The main content of the thesis includes:Chapter 1: both the domestic and the international research in key competencies teaching is analyzed,and the domestic development of the key competencies and the experimental teaching are analyzed.Chapter 2: the relation between the key competencies and the key competencies in Physics is analyzed,which is explained in four aspects including physical concepts,the physical thinking and creation,the experimental exploration and communication,and scientific attitudes and responsibilities.Chapter 3: the current status and problems existing in the experimental teaching of developing the key competencies of students are analyzed through thequestionnaire survey towards both students and teachers.Chapter 4: the principles of the development of the key competencies of students in the experimental teaching of Physics curriculum in high school are explained.Chapter 5: combing the questionnaires and teaching circumstances,the teaching strategies of the development of the key competencies of students in the experimental teaching of Physics curriculum in high school are set up.Chapter 6: the teaching cases are designed and operated for the development of the key competencies of students in the experimental teaching of Physics curriculum in high school.
