| In the early 1980 s,Qian Menglong was appraised as the distinguished teacher in Shanghai.As a teacher who always adhered to the front line of Chinese teaching,Qian Menglong did not immerse himself in past honors.Instead,he worked hard to innovate and constantly transform,and put forward inspiring "Chinese reading guidance",which made outstanding contributions to Chinese language education.This paper interprets Qian Menglong’s teaching thought through literature research,case analysis,observation,analysis and summarization,and explores its significance for Contemporary Chinese education.This article is divided into three parts:The first chapter describes the main content of Qian Menglong’s educational thought."Student centered","teacher led" and "training as the main line" are his teaching ideas;Self reading,teaching reading and repetition reading are his main teaching modes.In the introduction of his educational thought,the influence of the study experience and teaching experience on the formation of Qian Menglong’s teaching thought was analyzed.The second chapter analyses the scientific nature of Qian Menglong’s educational thought.Qian Menglong’s educational thought comes from practice,and the depth of theory needs to be excavated.This chapter tries to explore the scientific nature of Qian Menglong’s educational thought from dialogue teaching,student learning motivation and the development of middle school students’ core literacy.Culture of dialogue teaching advocating democracy and open relationship between teachers and students,teaching and life related,teacher-student dialogue consciousness and ability;students’ learning motivation and attention to the development of middle school students;core competence in the society of cultural heritage,the requirements of learning,healthy life,responsibility,practice innovation,we can find similarities in Qian Menglong’s teaching idea and teaching practice.The third chapter elucidates the enlightenment of Qian Menglong’s educationalthought.Firstly,Chinese teaching should follow the characteristics and teaching objectives of the subject of Chinese,and teachers must have the consciousness of curriculum.Secondly,we should fully respect the students’ main position and form a democratic and open relationship between teachers and students.thirdly,there is a variety of teaching design,clever classroom questioning,and so on. |
