The Art Literacy of preschool teachers is an important aspect that their comprehensive profession ability,and preschool teachers play a great role in cultivating young children's artistic quality.However,in practical work,children's art education has such problems as single curriculum,lack of targeted evaluation and lack of guidance for emotional experience.The art activities carried out by preschool teachers are not to cultivate skilled artists,but to guide children to learn to appreciate beauty,so as to look at the world with a beautiful eye,and to treat life.According to the study,it is found that preschool teachers have a great improvement in art values,art ability,art skills,art knowledge,art teaching ability and so on.This study takes preschool teachers in Huaibei as the research object,and use questionnaires and interviews to study the current situation of preschool teachers' Art Literacy.The results of the investigation are as follows: the preschool teachers in Huaibei believe that art literacy should include five aspects of art values,art knowledge,art ability,art skills and art teaching ability.In the cognition of the importance of each part of Art Literacy,preschool teachers generally believe that art teaching ability is the most important.There are significant differences in art values,art knowledge and art skills among preschool teachers with different academic qualifications.There are no significant differences in art ability and art teaching ability;there are differences in art teaching ability of preschool teachers in different professions and there is no difference in art knowledge;the kindergarten teachers of different gender are in addition to art knowledge.There are significant differences in other aspects of art accomplishment.There are significant differences in art knowledge between children with different teaching age.There are significant differences in art skills,art ability and art teaching ability between urban and rural preschool teachers,and there is no significant difference in art values and art knowledge.In view of the Art Literacy of preschool teachers,emphasizing fine arts skills,ignoring the emotional experience of fine arts,paying attention to the imitation of art works and ignoring the cultural conservation of fine arts,the following suggestions are put forward: preschool teachers should have self-learning consciousness,set up the concept of lifelong learning,strengthen cultural study,andconstantly improve the art major.Theoretical literacy;use information technology to improve preschool teachers' Art Literacy;create a good kindergarten environment,improve preschool teachers' professional training mechanism.
