"Thriving youths leads to a thriving nation;strong youths lead to astrong country",the education-teaching status named "morality and the rule of law,and the developmental level are directly related to the process of China’s rule of law in the current junior high school ".Junior middle school students have always been the focal objects of the moral construction as well as the law education in China,especially pushing forward the construction of socialist morality and the rule of law-policy strategy in our country.In order to meet the needs of the party and our country for the talent in the future,we must constantly strengthen the cultivation of morality and the rule of law consciousness in abilities among junior high school students,which can ensure more smooth advancement of the socialist construction.However,in the reality of junior high school students,the author has found that the investigation of teaching practice in lucheng changsheng middle school,it is very rare to integrate morality and rule of law into the family,school as well as the society.Specifically,the current junior middle school students,as the main builder,aim to realize the "China dream" in our country,strengthen the higer ducation of morality and the rule of law in junior high school students of the future,which is the key to building a harmonious society of socialist,but also the focal point of realization regarding "China dream".As a matter of fact,the morality and the rule of law education are regarded as the keys.Junior middle school stage is one of the optimial times to accept certain kinds of education,not only canlearn scientific and cultural knowledge,but also apprehend the interpersonal communication,self-independent ability and self existence of basic knowledge.As a prime researcher oriented in the teaching practice,he is deeply aware of the cultivation concerning morality and rule of law,and making reform his own internalization,so as to build a better country of socialist under the influence of law rule.By the means of lucheng prosperous middle school teaching practice researchof morality and the rule of law made by the author,it can be able to better understand the present situation of morality and the rule of law teaching in junior high school students in China,and verify them based on the theory of the actual materials and questionnaire,so as to find out the influence of morality and make out the rule of law teaching in junior high school students and junior middle school students.Besides,it can provide them with effective strategies of the morality and the rule of law teaching,and it is expressly hoped that the experts and scholars from all walks of life can pay more attention to the moral and the rule of law teaching.
