As a weak link in the development of education,rural school sports need to be paid enough attention.Physical education teachers play a key role in the development of sports.In2006,our country put forward the “rural compulsory education school teacher AD HOC position plan”(“special post plan”),and further implemented this plan in the poverty-stricken areas of the central and western regions in 2009.The purpose is to supplement the rural physical education teachers' team in time and develop the rural sports in China,so as to ensure the balanced and healthy development of education.Lvliang city,as the most impoverished county in Shanxi Province,is an important area in Shanxi Province.At this stage,due to the unbalanced development of Lvliang city,the distribution of education resources is not uniform so that there is a great difference between the urban and rural staff resources.The current education resource matching in rural and urban areas is extremely unbalanced.Therefore,to improve the education level of rural schools is firstly in improving the vocational ability of rural teachers.This article uses the literature ? the survey method ? the observation method ? the mathematical statistical method and the logic analysis to analyze the developmental state,the survival state,and the state of the study and the results of the investigation,and to analyze the results of the investigation,to understand the state of professional status of the teachers in the Lvliang city.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The special post physical education teachers professional and younger.71.7% of the special sports teacher is sports education professional and 71.7%were undergraduates;73.9%graduated from normal university;The age concentration is around 24,and very few are over28;58.7% of the work in high schools;63.0% of the working places are in townships.2.The overall “developmental”status of special post physical education teachers is not optimistic.84.7% of the special post physical education teachers have the teaching language ability?organizational design ability and demonstration ability in the aspect of teaching ability.Moreover,72.3% have comprehensive professional knowledge,which is mainly reflected in professional theoretical knowledge and sports skills.However,44.5% of the special post physical education teachers have a favorable attitude towards work,which determines the degree of love for education career.In addition,only 47.9% of the special-post physical education teachers have participated in the training of continuing education,with fewer opportunities.3.The status of the professional “survival”of the teachers of special physical education needs to be improved.73.9% of male PE teachers are not satisfied with their salary.73.9%of them are employed because they are well staffed and secure,while a small proportion have difficulty finding jobs and are close to home.72.8% of the workload of the special post physical education teachers is more than 16 periods per week,with a large workload.72.9 %are not satisfied with the living environment,which is not conducive to the development of rural school sports.4.The status of the professional “enjoyment”of the teacher's physical education needs to be improved.66.3% of the physical education teachers of interpersonal relationship is not harmonious,to carry out teaching activities play a effect;Although special post physical education teachers themselves have the will to work hard and fight hard,73.9% of them cannot adapt to the current teaching environment,which is not conducive to the development of physical education teaching.86.9% of schools lack equipment and facilities,and 71.8% of special-post physical education teachers said that the government and school departments do not pay enough attention to physical education courses,so the social status of special-post physical education teachers is not recognized.Based on the conclusion,from the national level,social level,school level,individual level correlation strategy is made..
