Since the 2011 edition of "the history curriculum standards of compulsory education" formally promulgated, there have been a lot of research on this standard. This paper attempts to put the part of world history curriculum content as an example making a comparative study of "2001 version of compulsory education history curriculum standard" and "2011 version of compulsory education history curriculum standard ", in order to analyze the changes and features about the new version of the curriculum standards on the whole,at the same time causing these historical educators to pay on the development trend of world history education more attentions, and increasing research on the world history curriculum standard, so as to promote a better development of the world history teaching.First of all, through the analysis of overall frame structure on the two editions of history curriculum standard, you can see the changes about the nature of curriculum, curriculum basic idea, curriculum design, curriculum goal, curriculum content and the implementation of the recommendations in the 2011 edition of standard. Compared with the original version, the new revised curriculum standards make the nature of the course of history more clearly, emphasize the fundamental; integrate and update the curriculum idea, emphasis on "people-oriented", promote the comprehensive development of students; weake learning topic in the curriculum design, highlight the timing of the characteristics of the discipline of history; the new revised curriculum goals more reasonable, fully consider the students learning level requirements, the maneuverability is stronger; in the curriculum content, the new version of the scientific part of content additions and deletions, absorb some of the current academic recognized research results, the selected learning content closer to reality, reduce the students’ burden in a certain extent; part of the new implementation of the recommendations, fully embodies the characteristics of open and inclusive, is helpful to arouse the teachers’ creativity and enthusiasm in the actual teaching. In short, the 2011 version of the history curriculum standards is based on the revised curriculum decade to complete, is the inheritance and development of the original curriculum standards, will promote the history curriculum reform has entered a new height.The main content of this paper is on the history curriculum standard in the two version of the content carries on the contrast analysis, elaborated the proposed changes in the three aspects of the course content, requirements and teaching learning activities, in order to reveal new features present in 2011 edition of world history curriculum standard, point out the existing problems at the same time. Compared with the original world history curriculum standard, the revised version according to student’s body and mind characteristic and the cognitive ability, reduce the overall number of knowledge points, make complex become simplify, make the hard to be easy, but it also increases the number of key necessary knowledge; On the sorting of the course content, reflects the timing characteristics of the discipline of history fully, facilitate students to grasp the context of the historical development; at the same time, the new revised version for improved student learning requirements, pay more attention to the training of the students’ comprehensive ability, to lay a good foundation for training high-quality qualified citizens; in addition, the revised version is more rigorous in the presentation part of world history courses, integrations many irrational and the action verbs of the learning requires; in the revision of teaching activity suggestions, the new version of the full consideration to the school and local actual situation, add and remove some of the reasonable suggestions, gives enough space for teachers to play the personal teaching art in the teaching activity, embodies the characteristics of openness and inclusiveness about the new version.In the last article,according to the comparative analysis of world history curriculum standards, the trend of the development of world history teaching in junior middle school is summarized, that is the value orientation of the teaching content, the behavior direction of the teaching way and the trend of the basic education development.As we all know, with the progress and development of the times, the history curriculum standards also need to continue to progress and improvement in practice. Therefore, these trends are put forward in order to provide some directions for educators to carry on a depth research and supplement in the actual teaching in the future, so as to promote the development of world history teaching.
