| At present,social organizations in China,especially grassroots organizations,generally face the practical problems of small-scale development,geographical restrictions and insufficient resources.Therefore,there are fewer grassroots organizations that have achieved horizontal integration and formed a nationwide scale.As a grassroots organization,which is consistent with people from the same household registration,was regarded as feudal and their legitimacy was limited,while their development is hindered either.However,in reality,we found that a grassroots organization mainly composed of college students.They realized the inter-provincial interaction and development.Furthermore,they obtained the official support of the Communist Youth League.It was established the National Association of College Students from F Province and became a model in the development of grassroots organizations.In order to explore the forming mechanism of The National Association of College Students from F Province.In this paper,a single case embedded analysis of the National Association of College Students from F Province was performed based on the theory of activism,while a structured interview through the deeply participatory observation had been conducted for the relevant personnel.Furthermore,the literature analysis method had also been applied comprehensively.For the National Association of College Students from F Province,its amendment of regulations and the analysis of 'key players' and their strategies had been conducted during its formation and development period.The conclusion is that the system is the prerequisite for the interaction of multi-actors,but it is not fundamental.Because of their different motivation,and with the institutional environment changes,'key players' change their own action strategy,and ultimately form a motive force together to promote the formation and development of the organization in the multi-level system space. |
