in resolving the role of community conflicts,promote the development of grassroots professional social organizations,optimize the community to resolve the contradiction system,has become more and more worth thinking about.HY street is located in the northeast of Shanghai CN District,the street a total of 21 residential areas,a population of 83,000,of which the household population of 27,000,7.4 million,the floating population of nearly 9,000 people.More than 2,500 units in the district,with the new economy,more than 1,400 new social organizations,32 commercial buildings,is a set of commercial services and living as one of the large community.According to the research,HY street social organization structure is clear,the organization practitioners rights and responsibilities clear,part of the social organization set up a long period of time,has accumulated rich experience of community mediation,in the community to resolve the contradictions work has achieved good results,The author chooses the social organization of Shanghai HY street to participate in the mechanism of resolving community contradiction as the research goal.HY street community conflicts with community material conflicts of interest,community rights conflicts and community cultural conflicts,these contradictions are mainly due to changes in social structure,the awakening of the consciousness of the rights of residents and the masses asked for excessive expansion.Community contradictions have their own unique characteristics,HY street community contradictions exist the main body diversity,diverse types,the interests of the problem become the focus and other characteristics.In view of the types and characteristics of community conflicts,HY street social organizations mainly provide letters and visits agents,dispute resolution,legal services and legal publicity and other contradictory mediation services.The government through the purchase of services,and actively assist social organizations to introduce contradictions and mediation talents,etc.for the HY street social organizations to participate in resolving contradictions policy and environmental support.From the perspective of embedding,we can view from the four aspects of policy embedding,talent embedding,cognitive embedding and relational embedding.In terms of policy embedding,it mainly the supervision of social organizations.On the basis of analyzing the embedding analysis of social organization participation in community contradiction,this paper sums up the mechanism of social organization participation in community conflict resolution from two angles.First of all,social organization as the main body to resolve the contradictions of the community,mainly played a contradictory object emotional guidance,coordination of interests,behavior constraints.Secondly,the social organization into the structure of the whole community to resolve the contradictions,mainly
