| The disabled students is part of a college student groups who need to be focus on,they are vulnerable groups.This study based on previous literature,mainly from the disabled students’ study and interpersonal communication ability two aspects to carry on the literature review,using the questionnaire survey method,interview method for disabled college students’ interpersonal skills such as made an analysis on the current situation and demand。Based on the disabled students’ characteristics and the actual demand for the disabled students,in order to increase energy theory,social learning theory as guidance,in line with people-oriented,win-win values of social work,we designed a targeted group,group activities were carried out seven,mainly from the relationship building,teamwork,learn to praise,embarrassment and conflict,to learn empathy,self-awareness,generalization retained seven aspects to carry out the activities.Through the researchers more than 60 days great effort.,the study draws the following conclusions: first,the group work method intervention helps students with disabilities to enhance self-confidence and enhance their awareness of interpersonal communication;second,the disabled students take the initiative to contact,The results of emotional support significantly,the appropriate rejection,conflict processing,self-disclosure of the three dimensions of the results,although not significant,but the total score has improved significantly.Group work methods are useful to enhance their active and emotional support.The final description of the group working methods involved effectively,the overall significance is very high.Finally this study from two aspects of group intervention process and effect assessment,dialectically analysis group of bright spots and the deficiencies,and targeted puts forward suggestions for the further improvement,thus for the future of our country disabled college students’ interpersonal communication ability promotion aspect of effective training scheme is put forward. |
