The development of science and technology to lead people into big data.Cloud technology,mass information is the main feature of big data.The accumulation of mass information is testing people's ability to manage and manage the data,and in the near future will have a profound impact on human society,forcing us to change their behavior and way of thinking.It can be said that the Internet age not only has a huge impact on the individual,but also the development of social stability will have unpredictable influence.At present,both complex and efficient,social public opinion in the great changes have occurred,therefore,how should the scientific public opinion analysis,the right to guide the community to promote a more stable and harmonious development is present in front of us An important topic.This paper defines the relevant concepts,combs the relevant theories and summarizes the research literatures at home and abroad,and points out the necessity of the innovation and practice research of large data in public opinion management.This paper deeply analyzes the actual situation of Ningxia large data public opinion management Out of Ningxia large data public opinion management practice in the existing problems to re-sort out.According to the methods of document review and case analysis,this paper focuses on the last,on the basis of opportunity and challenge,in order to cross the challenge,further innovate the big data in Ningxia public opinion management practice,from the data platform,management mode,technical support and linkage emergency mechanism Level,put forward the corresponding innovation strategy,and finally,in Ningxia area design and implementation of Ningxia large public opinion management system.
