Research On The Issues And Strategies Of Educa Tion In Legality Among The Rural Left-behind J Unior Middle School Students

China's rural education has been a short board of the whole national education system,teachers,facilities,education system is relatively backward,the more difficult problem of the rule of law education in rural junior middle school students,the rule of law education in junior high school students left behind in rural areas more challenging.This paper intends to capture the rural junior middle school students left the group,through the questionnaire and interview,in-depth analysis of the group particularity,different characteristics of comparative study of legal education and legal education,from special to general,exploring an effective rural junior middle school students left the road of the rule of law education.First of all,we should do a good job of studying the legal education theory of the students left behind.The rule of law education is the education of the consciousness of law,the belief in law and the education of thinking by law.Secondly,construct the system of law education for rear students.The law education in rural left behind students covers the school's rule of law education,social law education and family law education.It covers the choice and use of the material of the rule of law education and the material of the rule of law education.Third,innovate the method of legal education for rear students.Through modern multimedia tools,through the case teaching in the field,using foreign effective teaching materials and teaching programs to promote the rule of law education.Fourth,left behind students,rule of law education,responsibility guarantee.The rural students left law education responsibility needs to establish the corresponding legal liability system,clear and norms related respectively PCT responsibility,not to perform their respective responsibilities and consequences of parents,schools and other relevant subjects respectively corresponding to the penalty responsibility.
