With the rapid development of China's economy,a large number of high-quality skilled personnel are needed as support,which brin gs opportunities and challenges to vocational education.Under the background of enrollment expansion in Higher Vocational colleges,there are still many problems in teaching quality management,which directly affect students'abilities,restrict the development of local economy,and thus lead to a series of other problems,which have attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Therefore,improving and innovating the teaching quality management mode in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for im proving the teaching quality and realizing the school's own development goals.This paper takes Qingyang Vocational and Technical College as the research object,based on the theory of total quality management,and from the angle of improving the quality,analyses that the talent training sch eme of Qingyang Vocational and Technical College in teaching quality management is outdated,the teachers and training conditions in teaching conditions can not meet the needs of skilled personnel training,and the college in teaching quality management.In the process of quality m anagement and monitoring confusion and lack of perfect external feedback channels and other four teaching management issues put forward improvem ent programs.Following the PDCA management model,we should optimize the personnel training program,set up the personnel training program based on diversification and employment,strengthen the construction of teachers and deepen the "school-enterprise cooperation" as the support,improve the quality assurance institutions in the t'eaching process,improve the evaluation system and strengthen the training of teaching management.Five methods of implementing tutorial system,project-based teaching and stren gthening sell-diagnosis and reform are the implementation points.Four aspects of implementing external feedback of teaching quality form a PDCA closed-loop,which promotes the dynamic and cyclical improvement of teaching quality in Qingyang Vocational and Technical College.At last,the author puts forward some supporting measures for the implementation of the overall improvement plan of the teaching quality management of the college:first,to establish an intelligent platform;second,to establish an accountability mechanism;third,to improve the reward and punishment mechanism;fourth,to win support from all sectors of society.
