Kalinin said,adolescence is a beautiful period,but it is an occasion where everything else can not be restored.It is the beginning of all happiness and light in the future.However,more and more bullying incidents on campus are destroying this beautiful period.According to the Deliberation Opinions on Bullying and Violence Prevention of Elementary and Middle School Students issued by the Ministry of Education in conjunction with nine departments,to strengthen governance and prevention of bullying in schools,we must pay attention to primary and secondary school students' moral education,legal education,and psychological education.As a special course for moral education in schools,morality and rule of law has an important responsibility for the formation of students' good moral qualities and the cultivation of the rule of law.From the perspective of preventing the phenomenon of bullying in schools,it is great significance to improve junior middle school students' morality and rule of law teaching,and to guide junior high school students to form correct moral concepts,awareness of rules,and awareness of the rule of law.The paper analyzes the definition of school bullying,the type of school bullying,and the dangers.Many achievements have been made in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle schools.However,there are still many problems,such as teachers over-emphasizing knowledge goals,ignoring the values of emotional attitudes,over-emphasizing teaching materials,ignoring students' emotional experiences,improper teaching methods,and focusing on classes Teaching neglects extracurricular teaching.This paper mainly analyzes the prevention of campus bullying from junior high school morality and rule of law teaching from two angles.The first is to analyze the related moral teaching content and rule of law teaching content in the morality and the rule of law textbook of junior middle school,and put forward corresponding improvement measures in the teaching content.It points out that we should pay attention to the change of the teaching ideology of teachers,pay attention to the supplement of teaching materials,and payattention to the development of the resources of the morality and rule of law curriculum.The second is to propose improvements in teaching strategies.For example,the correct selection of teaching methods was analyzed,and several teaching methods suitable for the teaching of morality and rule of law were proposed,emphasizing the thought of extra-curricular activities and extracurricular teaching.It is hoped that through the improvement of teaching content and teaching strategies,we will improve junior middle school morality and rule of law teaching and improve students' moral quality and awareness of the rule of law.We have achieved the goal of preventing campus bullying as much as possible.
