Strengthening the education of the rule of law among young people is to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law,build a harmonious society,and build a modern country ruled by law.The course "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high school is the main channel for the education of rule of law for junior high school students,the key carrier for cultivating students' core literacy,and carries the important task of rule of law education for junior high school students.At the same time,junior high school students are in the stage of rapid physical and mental growth.They have not yet formed a good concept of the rule of law and are easily affected by various ideological concepts.They also need to systematically learn the knowledge of the rule of law in the course of Morality and the Rule of Law.Therefore,it is valuable and necessary to explore the issue of stronger education of the rule of law in the teaching of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.This article mainly uses the form of interviews and surveys to investigate the current status of the rule of law education in the course of "Moral and Rule of Law"for junior middle school students.There is a lack of rule of law practice,and the level of rule of law education does not match the needs of students,thus understanding the current status and problems of students receiving the rule of law education in the course of Morality and Rule of Law.Then it analyzes the intrinsic influencing factors of the problem from various aspects,starting from three aspects:students 'learning motivation of the rule of law education,teachers' teaching methods of the rule of law,and the status of the teachers of the rule of law education.On this basis,the relevant improvement measures were put forward in a targeted manner:improving the effectiveness of classroom rule of law teaching,actively carrying out extracurricular mrle of law education practice activities,making full use of the advantages of textbook rule of law education resources,improving the rule of law education teaching evaluation system,and creating quality rule of law education The five aspects of the teaching staff are elaborated in detail.This part of the content is also the focus and foothold of this article.It is hoped that the content of this part can play its value in the practical application of the "moral and rule of law" course in junior middle school,and can solve some practical teaching problems in a targeted manner,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the rule of law education in the "moral and rule of law"course in junior middle school Students'education on the rule of law fosters good legal literacy for young people.
