The 19 th National Congress of the Party was held to declare China a new era of socialism.As a result of the progress of culture,politics and economy,the situation of education at present is new,how to do a good job in the ideological and political education of middle school students in the new era has become a new topic.The teacher-student relationship is the most fundamental,common and intuitional relationship in the whole educational process.Moreover,it can determine the success or failure of ideological and political education.But the important position and function of ideological and political education in the quality education is deepening day by day,is causing people to stand on a new height to understand and realize deeply.In the process of ideological and political education,the emphasis should be placed on the creation of a new type of teacher-student relationship,whose basic principles are interaction,democracy,collaboration,equality and respect.How to construct a new relationship between teachers and students in the process of ideological and political education in middle school and how to give full play to the main role of ideological and political educators in the process of education are important issues that deserve attention.This paper is based on this research.The ideological and political education in middle school has two characteristics.First,its purpose is unique,and second,its content is unique.Therefore,teachers should pay more attention to the psychological changes of students and the development of moral and intellectual aspects.His ultimate goal is to guide the students to establish the correct value system and ideological awareness,and to make them into high moral,political determination,pure thought,decent style of socialist youth.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the actual situation of the new teacher-student relationship in the ideological and political education of middle school,and briefly describes the development course of the new teacher-student relationship and the definition,attributes and basic characteristics of the new teacher-student relationship at present.The second chapter mainly studies the present situation of the teacher-student relationship in the ideological and political education of middle schools and summarizes the main problems,and puts forward the importance of creating a new type of teacher-student relationship in the future.The third chapter combines the new teacher-student relationship with ideological and political education and introduces the important role of this initiative.The fourth chapter mainly probes into the ideological and political curriculum of middle school in our country at present,constructs the realistic strategy of the new-type teacher-student relationship,expatiates from the four aspects of students,teachers,schools and society respectively,and provides a useful reference for the comprehensive construction of the new-type teacher-student relationship in middle school ideological and political education.From the discussion of this article,we can see that by combining the new teacher-student relationship with ideological and political education,we can help the students and teachers to advance together and adapt to the demands of ideological and political education in the new era.
