The modern political civilization is to democracy as the core of the democratic political civilization,which is China's socialist political civilization construction,and democracy needs certain social conditions to support the people's democratic quality which is an integral part of its social basis and necessary conditions.The people should improve their democratic quality,keep up with the pace of China's socialist democracy construction,participate in the process of socialist democracy construction in China.Contemporary college students are the reserve army and the main force of socialist political civilization construction of our country,can effectively improve the contemporary college students' democratic quality level is related to the smooth development of China's economy,related to the constant perfection of democratic politics and,in relation to the progress of the whole society.It is of great practical significance to understand the current situation of the cultivation of College Students'democratic quality,find the problems and try to put forward the solution,which is of great significance to improve the quality of College Students' democracy.This article uses the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the induction method and so on research method,takes the Tianjin University as the sample,to the current our country university student democracy is the present situation to carry on the system research.This paper introduces the basic principles of Cultivating College Students' democratic quality,focusing on how to strengthen and improve the democratic quality of college students to cultivate the path of the study.From the teacher added democratic education content and improve teaching methods to strengthen college students' understanding of democracy,the improvement of College Students' democratic participation in the security system.At the same time to co-ordinate the role of students,families,schools and social Quartet linkage,so that the democratic quality of college students to cultivate the various aspects of mutual contact,close combination,for the cultivation of College Students' democratic quality to find the appropriate method.In the conclusion further emphasizes the important significance for the construction of socialist democratic politics to cultivate democratic quality of college students,hope that through the joint efforts of all aspects of college students to accept the democratic beliefs,develop democratic behavior,and into their own values.In short,the significance of the cultivation of College Students' democratic quality is beyond doubt,but few people put it as a theoretical issue to explore.The author attempts to sort out the theoretical basis,through the investigation to obtain first-hand information,trying to find out the significance of the countermeasures.However,the research of some problems is not sufficient and the view and analysis of the thesis is also unavoidable,there are still some space for further study.
