Education is the foundation of a nation.With the rapid development of the society,values of people are also changing constantly.The emphasis on education is more prominent and the all-round development of students is emphasized.In 2001,the state council on the decision of the elementary education reform and development of the earliest advocates the establishment of boarding schools,especially in recent years,with the constant transformation of social system in our country,the education department issued a number of policy which are beneficial to the public,and encourage the development of non-government private schools,thus effectively promote the various education modes,showing the present state of booming flowers.Private boarding schools,that is,students' life and study are carried out in a relatively closed environment,with the purpose of comprehensively improving students' independent living and learning ability and making them quickly adapt to the needs of social development.Boarding schools offer all courses from primary school to senior high school for students of different ages.Students leave their families and become independent individuals.Under the management of faculty and staff and with the help of classmates,they can rapidly grow and change from the physical state to the psychological state.At the same time,the student management of boarding private schools has become an increasingly important issue in China's educational reform.In fact,with the implementation of the new curriculum reform,students are faced with changes in learning,education and life,and the problems that boarding students need to face are more prominent.Life in student management,this paper uses questionnaires for students and teachers to interview managers with the combination of form,let respondents to provide objective and real answer,during this summary data,after the data sorting,analysis and select the current restricting the private schools in life management of practical problems.Based on the analysis of the causes of many problems and the collation of a large number of basic data and interviews,the countermeasures are put forward,which will also provide reference for the school life management of the same industry and the same type.This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part is the introduction of this paper,which puts forward the basis,purpose and significance of the problem study,defines the relevant concepts,and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad.The second part discusses the research methods,especially the comprehensive application of questionnaire survey.The third part of the school through the teachers and students of the questionnaire survey,analysis of the current school in the student life management problems in five aspects,including the target deviation,content is not comprehensive,way lag,feedback is not enough,the model is not scientific;The fourth part analyzes the reasons,including the people-oriented concept is not comprehensive,the system is not sound,the quality of managers to be improved,the lack of family education and other aspectsThe fifth part puts forward the concrete countermeasures from four aspects;Establish the student-oriented life management concept,improve the boarding system of life management system,establish the family-school cooperation management model,and build the school management culture system;The sixth part is the conclusion.
