Chinese textbooks are the main materials for students' language learning.The literary works in the books are carefully selected at all times and in all over the world.Students can cultivate their minds,broaden their horizons and build their values through learning Chinese,which has the characteristics of humanity.Middle school students are reaching puberty,when their minds and bodies develop rapidly.They begin to pay attention to the opposite sex and want to be in relationship inside their hearts.Thus it is very important to help students form a correct view of love through the classic love literature in Chinese textbooks.This thesis mainly analyzes the quantity,type,genre,selection of time of love stories in Chinese textbooks of PEP and Shandong Education Press.Then the characteristics of selection in the two editions will be summarized and the learning effect will be predictedThe research of this thesis is divided into five parts:The first part clarifies the reason,purpose,object,method and research design of the study.In the second part,it sorts out the love themes of the two editions.During the period,the statistical method was used and the result was made into a table.In the third part,on the basis of the second chapter,this paper makes a comparison and analysis of the love theme works of the two editions,and draws the conclusion.The fourth part is to analyze the characteristics of the texts on the whole,and describe them according to certain standard.The fifth part,based on the previous analysis,puts forward suggestions and predicts the learning effect.
