Reading as an important way of human learning,should be people's attention.Mathematics learning is also inseparable from the reading,the students to read mathematics learning mathematics learning process,but also the process of student self-learning,mathematics reading in the student's mathematics learning plays a very important role,but also in recent years,mathematics education research hot,China's "curriculum reform" also stressed that in respect of student differences on the basis of training students to read independently,take the initiative to acquire knowledge.On the basis of previous studies.This article studies the mathematics reading ability of junior high school students.First of all,the use of literature research to understand the mathematical reading,mathematics reading ability connotation and other related concepts.Secondly,the questionnaire and test volume were used to investigate the status quo of junior high school students' mathematics reading.The results showed that junior high school students generally did not like math reading.There was a lack of reading atmosphere in class group,and they did not read it regularly.Tasks,markings,questions and other good mathematical reading habits,the lack of guidance of mathematical reading methods;students the best understanding of the image,mathematical text,the weakest understanding of the symbols,the students expressed in the use of image language content Easy to understand,the text language and symbolic language to understand the difficulty of text to image conversion is better,and symbols and graphics transformation followed.The results show that students can not correctly identify and understand the mathematical symbols in the material,which can not be read correctly.Because the relationship between the knowledge can not be well established,the different types of language can not be changed.Normal,analysis of reading materials is difficult to sort out the logical relationship between the material lead to induction and other improper use.According to the status quo and existing obstacles of the junior high school students'mathematics reading,the author puts forward the following suggestions:to enhance the students'attention to the reading of mathematics;to create a good mathematical reading atmosphere,to improve the mathematics reading activities and increase the interest of the mathematics reading itself To help students to develop good mathematical reading habits;to give students the guidance of reading methods;to strengthen the teachers and parents to pay attention to the reading of mathematics to reduce the burden on students;to enhance students' understanding of mathematical language and ability to read analysis of material summary ability.
