Current Situation And Problems And Countermeasures Of Construction Of The College Students' Associations

Since 1999,the college enrollment of our country started to expand,college enrollment expansion continuing for thirteen years makes the higher education of our country enter into the popular education from the elite education.From elite education to mass education,the function of higher education is to train the elite to cultivate the elite and mass.In the process of mass education,with the rapid increasing of the number of college students,College students' association is an important extension of the first class and the main carrier of the second class.Under the background of the popular education,how to construct the college students' association,which adapts to the new demand of the talents cultivation of colleges and sets up a bridge to integrate society for college students.Let it realize the function to promote the comprehensive development of college students,it is particularly important.Based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Barnard organization coordination theory as theoretical basis for the construction of college students' association,the thesis expounds that how to use it applying to the construction of college students' association.Through combing the research method of surveys and interviews,investigating for different levels of seven universities in Hunan province and making depth interview for the sixty objects of study,the author compares to the association operation,association types,the participation of different association types,the grade composition of association cadre and the association development among different colleges levels from horizontal and vertical.Through comparison,there are existing schools,associations and students aspects of problems in the construction process of the college students' association.Through drawing lessons from the college students' association of foreign countries and combing to the actual situation of the college students' association in our country,Strengthening to the support of associations from the school level,it includes adequate funding,special field,the self-contained infrastructure,corresponding association advisor allowance.From the association level,establishing a strict access mechanism,perfecting association management mechanism,creating associations' activities and making the brand of associations and playing a role in the function of the new media in the association construction.From the students level,strengthening the management capability of association officials,creating “home culture”atmosphere for association members,extruding the professional advantages of association members that provides competitive opportunity for participating the project fairly.Through the research,it can provide ideas and reference for perfecting the construction of the college students' association and promoting the students' comprehensive grow...
