Research On The Development Strategy Of HX Vocational Training School

In recent years,so many well-known training institutions arise in our country,such as New Oriental Education,Xueda Education Group and New Star Education,and some of them have already been listed in foreign stock market.However,for the whole training industry,it still exists some problems like internal mismanagement,unclear strategy etc.,which leading to part of the schools' development is relatively slow and then gradually withdraw from the market.HX vocational training school was established in March 2000,and it is a high class vocational training institution belongs to HX Education Group.In the process of its development,HX uses the partnership way to onstantly expand the market,although it gains encouraging results,there occurred some problems in its internal management system because of the rapid pace of development.So how to effectively make the strategic plan for the next 5-10 years becomes the key to its' development.This paper will take HX occupation training school as an example,using literature retrieval method,qualitative and quantitative research method,questionnaire survey method and so on to study the existed issues during the current strategic development,and then to find out its future development strategy.It mainly includes 6 parts: the first part is the introduction,including the background,purpose,significance and the research situation at home and abroad.The second part is the introduction of the relevant theories of strategic management,including the definition of strategy,the process of strategic management and the method of strategic analysis.In the third part,the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,the opportunities and threats that may be faced with,and puts forward the existing problems by using the SWOT analysis method.The fourth part is the analysis of the development strategy of HX vocational training school.The fifth part provides the safeguard measures for the effective implementation of the strategy.The sixth part is the summary of this research,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.This article hopes that through the analysis of HX occupation training school's internal and external environment,discusses its advantages and disadvantages,and the opportunities and threats,then put forward specific development strategies based on the school's development orientation,in order to promote the sustainable development,and provide a reference for other occupation schools.
