After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,various social undertakingsmade great development in our country,especially in the construction of privatecolleges,for the socialist modernization has trained a large number of senior specialized talents.However,with the expansion of private colleges large-scale,its foundation is weak,education resources are limited,the teacher erosion is seriousand a series of problems exposed one after another,restricts the sustainable development of private colleges in different degrees.As an important resource of theschool,teachers are the cornerstone of the development and progress of the privatecolleges and universities,and the loss of teacher resources in the private collegesand universities will affect the future development of the school.Summarized in this paper,based on the related theory,combined with the actual situation of private colleges in wuhan city and the problems found in theprocess of running,run by the local colleges and universities in wuhan city wasdiscussed from aspects such as external factors teachers lack loyalty influence factors,and USES the research method of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),inturn,determine the major factors affecting the relative important degree.Finally,in the thorough analysis of wuhan private colleges teachers lack loyalty factors,on the basis of from several aspects put forward various measures to promote the development of private colleges benign: the social level,the government should give full attention of private universities and other education,improve the relevant laws and regulations system construction and the support mechanism,make each basic rights of the private colleges teachers get effective guarantee,efforts to improve run by the local university teachers' professional status;Inprivate colleges,teachers should actively establish loyalty index early warning system,perfecting the dynamic psychological contract management mechanism,aswell as private colleges comprehensive management mechanism,to run by the local college teachers' professional development to build a good platform;At the teacher level,we will strengthen teachers and professional quality.
