The Study Of Preschool Education Development In Secondary Vocational Schools In Guiyang

With the development of the times,people pay more and more attention to the development of preschool education,and the training of preschool teachers has become the most important thing to promote the development of preschool education.It has brought new opportunities to the development of preschool education in secondary vocational schools in Guiyang.Because of the school running situation,the quality of teachers and the subjective initiative of students in Guiyang,the future development of preschool education in secondary vocational schools in Guiyang has been affected.Survey shows that the current Guiyang city secondary vocational preschool education major schools teaching environment,teaching quality is not good and poor student achievement can lead to quality problems of graduates,so that Guiyang secondary vocational preschool education future development challenges.Therefore,the author through the literature,questionnaire and interview method,the current Guiyang city secondary vocational preschool education internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges,the use of SWOT analysis model to analyze the future development strategy.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part mainly analyzes the background and significance of this thesis,discusses the relevant concepts,reviews the research status at home and abroad,introduces the main contents and methods;the first chapter is investigation and Analysis on the current situation of pre vocational education in Guiyang city;the second chapter using the SWOT model analysis of Guiyang vocational preschool education;countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of vocational preschool education in the third chapter of Guiyang city;the fourth chapter is the summary and outlook.
