Secondary vocational education is to train the transportation occupation and an important base of talents,vocational music education is an important part of vocational education,with the continuous development of art teaching,more and more people begin to pay attention to the secondary vocational school of social culture and art direction of professional music.However,with the deepening of the concept of music education and the improvement of people’s living standard,the traditional teaching method to a certain extent,has been unable to meet the students capacity requirements,quality and ability of these problems are mainly poor adaptability,in the social and cultural arts professional direction of music graduate social ability of learning music,the lack of professional and related fields and there is a lack of all kinds of music practice ability is low,this is the innovation of the secondary vocational school music teaching request.From the perspective of teaching in Secondary Vocational School of social culture and art professional music direction,the direction of professional music students as the main object of this study,the main research methods are: using questionnaires and interviews,in educational psychology,aesthetics and music as the premise,the fusion teaching concept of competency based education,analysis of occupation ability the structure of social culture and arts professional music students,selected and training teaching method for vocational students in music foundation,existing learning stage,age characteristics and do various teaching methods,we put forward some innovative measures in music teaching in the exploratory opinions and a set of feasible teaching methods,constructing vocational school music teaching ability.Based on the training objectives,curriculum system and teaching content,the implementation of the real task teaching mode vector,better play between teachers as the guide and the students’ subject role,and strengthen the cultivation of students’ music music teaching ability,professional ability,organization and stage practice ability,self perfection and thedevelopment ability of music occupation ability in the teaching practice,to achieve the best effect in music teaching,to promote the all-round development and promote the music teaching reform of vocational social culture and art direction of the students majoring in music.
