Survey Research On The Cultivation Of The Application Ability Of Office Software Of Secretarial Major Students In A Secondary Vocational School

As an important position for cultivating high-quality workers and skilled talents,secondary vocational education is self-evident in its importance in the entire education system and society;Secondly,the advent of the information age and the paperless office era makes the computer application capabilities of secretarial personnel particularly important,and Office software application capabilities,as the most basic office capabilities,have become one of the essential skills of secretarial personnel.Therefore,this study chooses to investigate the training of the office software application ability of the students who major in secretary in secondary vocational schools.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey and uses the data to analysis.By referring to the literature,the author learned about the research status of secretarial majors in the vocational school and Office software,combined with existing questionnaires and scales to compile questionnaires,and based on the questionnaires,the status quo and influence factors of the cultivation of Office application abilities of secretarial majors in the vocational school were obtained.Analyze the data and draw the following conclusions:1.Office application ability teaching fails to combine professional characteristics,and the teaching effect needs to be improved;2.The vocational secretarial students' application ability of office software is uneven,and their interest in learning needs to be improved;3.School teaching conditions,teachers 'teaching abilities and qualities,students' learning motivation and learning strategies will affect the acquisition of Office application abilities.
