Globally,women's social status and role continue to rise,and women's important positions in management have become a very common phenomenon.With the awakening of feminist consciousness and the efforts of female compatriots,women play a more and more important role in social management and economic development.China has long been committed to the promotion of women's social status of ascension,and support and encourage women to participate in politics,and has made some progress,most of the party and government organs,leading cadres can see figure as a good woman,made a great contribution to the socialist construction of our country.However,due to the long-term influence of feudal ideas of history,and the society still remaining on gender equality and women's own ideas,restriction factors,women cadres in leadership often in trouble,it is worth pondering.This paper selects the female leadership as the research object,not only in practice can provide reference and basis for women to improve their leadership,leading cadres at the same time,this paper measures the leadership trait theory and behavior theory to enhance women's leadership to develop,can further promote the development of the theory of leadership.In this paper,literature review method,quantitative analysis method and multi-disciplinary research method are used to study the subject.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the starting point of this article,mainly introduces the research background and significance,and introduces the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and methods.The second part expounds the related concepts of the subject,and serves as the theoretical basis of this study.The third part of the party and government organs in Shihezi and Shihezi surrounding farms organs of female leading cadres as the research object,through interviews and questionnaire survey on female leadership analysis,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of female leadership.The fourth part analyzes the plight of female leadership development from the aspects of society,system and women's own factors.The fifth part of the combination of characteristics of cadre of Party and government organs and organs of female leaders around Shihezi farms in Shihezi city and the reality of the situation,some of the specific measures to enhance the leadership given women cadres.The sixth part makes a conclusion about the plight of women leadership development and the promotion strategy.Through the research of this article,this article holds that the promotion of female leadership is not a matter of overnight,but should be a long-term and systematic project to promote steadily.I think we should create a suitable female leading cadres from the soft environment to grow and provide legal protection and promotion of female leadership self perfection three aspects,in order to solve the female leadership received social system and their own factors.As for the social environment,efforts should be made to promote gender equality,and the media should actively create a public atmosphere conducive to women's development,and make efforts to promote the socialization of housework.In the aspect of legal guarantee,we should improve the laws and regulations for the protection of women's rights and interests,improve the training and promotion policies for female leading cadres,and strengthen the training of women's leading cadres at the same time.The female leaders themselves should pay attention to the promotion of their own comprehensive quality,at the same time,they should carry out the correct role positioning,and combine female characteristics to enhance women's leadership.Only by integrating the external environment and the efforts of the female leaders,can we promote the leadership of women to the greatest extent..
