Research On The Manual Course Of Preschool Education Major In Secondary Vocational School Based On "Job Analysis"

The manual course is one of the main skills course of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools,the present stage of manual course in secondary vocational school academic short course hours,less background,there are textbooks version is too low,open content and disjointed kindergarten needs;new content depends on schools to refer to each other;graduates have manual skills and knowledge is not comprehensive enough unable to complete the layout of the kindergarten,the problem of manual tasks etc..This paper implement the "job analysis" ideas,hope that through the study of current kindergarten teachers are required to have manual knowledge and skills,and carry on the adjustment of the existing manual course content,so the manual course of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools are more reasonable,make students through two years of study,to meet the requirements of teachers' knowledge and skills in hand the kindergarten.This study selected 5 public kindergartens,conducted a questionnaire survey of 16 teachers in 3 kindergartens,5 public kindergartens and 3 private kindergarten,8 kindergarten heads and graduated two years and conducted interviews in 10 kindergarten students employment.The results showed that: the kindergarten mainly use clipart,origami,paper-cut,Mason,waste utilization and cloth stickers to complete manual teaching,environment creation,design and teach to corner toy design and production in hand.In addition,kindergarten rarely use paper reliefs,to supplement and perfect teaching toys,and in the district corner design,let children use semi-finished material to make,and use material to express personal emotion demand increase.Finally,by the analysis of secondary vocational school graduates to hand course need,summed up the preschool education specialty of secondary vocational education curriculum should be added manually manual uses a variety of knowledge;training and activity class to Mason origami class organization ability;strengthen the clipart and decorative cloth stickers are story skills;the increase of three-dimensional paper-cut and chromatic paper-cut and building science find areas of training;learn how to select materials according to the characteristics of children,according to the teaching contents of kindergarten teaching toys to make,how to use the construction of three-dimensional wall decoration.
