With the global emphasis on early childhood education andgradually, countries place the early childhood education in the strategicposition for national development.Kindergarten teachers are mainlyresponsible for early childhood education. Teacher’s Instruction Manualof Kindergarten is the main teaching resource for teachers,but also themeans that ensure the effectiveness and regulatory in the kindergartenteaching. Therefore, there is importance in the analyzing and evaluatingTeacher’s Instruction Manual of Kindergarten.This study selected theKindergarten Experiencing Exploring Communicating Courses Teacher’s Instruction Manual of higherkindergarten class published by Zhejiang Education Press as the the studyobject. Because it’s widely used by the kindergarten in Zhejiang.Theconfrontation is the Kindergarten Global Courses Teacher’s Instruction Manual of higher kindergarten class published by the ministry ofeducation science of Korea.And it’s the national textbook in Koreakindergartens.These two set of textbooks has carried on the comparativeanalysis and study from the guiding ideology, overall framework, goals,contents and implementation strategy five aspects. The results show thatthere are some aspects in common: children-oriented activities,themeactivity-oriented design masterstroke,based on the programmaticdocument and the characteristics of the infants and children’s education,games and activities as the main implementation of the strategy.There arealso some differences in the guiding principle,frame design, the specificcontent of five different areas contain different forms of activities, variousactivities evaluation system. Thus, this study puts forward somesuggestions: Firstly, To specify the written guidance thought and writingprinciples of the Teacher’s Instruction Manual.Secondly,the overall frameshould be logical and systematic.Thirdly,the target should be clear,specific, and international. Fourthly,to add the contents of the educationfor children’s emotion and social capability.Lastly,to increase theprogramme of activities and evaluating system.
