In2012October, in order to thoroughly implement the "National Long-Term Education Reform andDevelopment Plan (2010-2020)" and "the State Council Opinions of the Current Development ofPre-School Education”, and at the same time to guide the kindergarten and family implement scientificconservation and education of children, and promote children’s harmonious development, China’sMinistry of Education formulated the " the guidelines for children of3-6years old learning anddevelopment ".It points out that one of the important objectives of motor development is handmovement coordination flexible, which depends on the Mason and paper-cut craft teaching. It shows thatthe manual teaching can effectively improve children’s practical ability. It also requires teachers requirethe abilities of certain manual skills for correct guidance. The colleges and universities who train preschoolschool teachers are special. The preschool teachers are a very important role in students’ teaching, and theymust have certain practical ability and the ability to design teaching, how to effectively develop andimprove their skills? The most effective way is to learn the craft class.First of all, in the first chapter, the author through the method of literature and plus her ownunderstanding of the manual training. It also clarifies the necessary of training and improving thestudents practical ability and teaching manual training right to cultivate and improve the students’ practicalability effectively in theory.In the second chapter, the author uses questionnaire as the main method to do the survey.300questionnaires are distributes to professional postgraduate students in2universities in Ping Dingshan. Thepurpose is to find out the evaluation of the students on their own ability of their own abilities on manualand manual teaching and also with the wish to find the problem in manual teaching.Through the observation and contact with students, the author analyze the status, teaching resources andstudents manual abilities in local school and try to conclude the advantages and deficiencies of currentsituations of manual teaching. This shows the necessary of reforming the manual teaching and improvingteachers’ manual abilities.The third chapter is the priority in this paper. The author uses the case study method and the experimental method to do the survey. The author uses her own teaching experience to analysis andinterpretation. The reforming of the teaching method and the usage of the seven ways which concluded bythe author, the author shows the good effect in class. It can make up the shortage of what have beendiscussed in the second chapter. And it gives a more effective way to cultivate and improve students’manual abilities. Then the author analyzes two actual teaching cases. The author divides the whole classinto two groups. One group was taught in traditional ways, another one was taught in new ways. Then theteacher compares the teaching effects of these two groups, it shows that the new reformed methodcan cultivate and improve the students’ practical ability more effectively.At the fourth chapter, the author gives the conclusion of this paper and explores the prospectof the teaching in the future.Finally, in the conclusion, the author wrote the difficulties may encounter in the teaching process andalso made some suggestions.
