With the continuous development of Internet technology,the Internet platform is no longer simply to convey information to people,but has more functions and features.In this context,the network recruitment market continues to expand,network recruitment has become the main way for enterprises to absorb talent,also become the main way for job seekers to obtain job information.The arrival of the era of big data has also changed the demand for talents in all walks of life.Nowadays,information resources have become the core resources of modern society.Information profession is no longer confined to traditional archivists,librarians and other specific occupations,but becomes a professional group needed by all walks of life.Whether the professional level and ability of information practitioners can adapt to the development of the times?The change of exhibition has become the key for employers to recruit talents.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate high-quality library and information talents to adapt to social development and meet the actual employment needs of enterprises.Recruitment information is the most intuitive reflection of the actual employment needs of enterprises.Through the analysis of the data in the recruitment information,we can understand the actual needs of enterprises,thus providing a reference basis for the training of personnel in the subject of graphics and information.Therefore,this paper first obtains the recruitment information of libraries and information posts in the recruitment website,excavates and visualizes the employee needs of the recruitment units in the employment market through the recruitment data of libraries and information posts,and makes statistics on the general skills and professional skills required by the recruitment units,from the industry and nature of the recruitment units,the academic requirements and work experience of the recruitment posts.In addition,this paper expounds and infers the results of the survey of recruitment information from the aspects of the ability requirements of recruitment posts,carries out the analysis of the demand characteristics of posts,and then excavates the ability needs of Library and information talents in the employment market.In order to comprehensively enhance the professional competitiveness of graduates of Library and Information Science in the employment market and the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities,this paper,guided by vocational needs and based on the concept of results-oriented education,puts forward improvement measures for personnel training of Library and information science.With students as the main body,it continuously pays attention to the abilities required by students after graduation,and puts forward clear orientation of personnel training objectives and optimization of courses.The teaching mode should be perfected by means of the system of courses,the reform of teaching process and methods and the establishment of an all-round evaluation mechanism for the training objectives of talents,so as to continuously improve the teaching quality in the field of Library and information,enhance the comprehensive quality and professional skills of students,and take into account the long-term development of students,so as to enable students to meet the needs of information in the knowledge they have learned in Colleges and universities.The development of the times and the needs of the profession will continuously export high-quality compound library and information professionals to the society.
