Primary school teachers are the foundational force of our country's basic education,whose ability to integrate information technology and curriculum teaching has a direct impact on the future development level of basic education and teaching information and education quality.Furthermore,the ability is also a key force to influence the success or failure of basic education and teaching reform in the new era.Through the review of related literatures,it is found that the integration ability of primary teachers is still in a stage of rigorous combination,and the research on the integration ability has not yet formed a unified framework.Therefore,the author starts with the system of integration ability of the teacher's information technology and curriculum teaching,and studies the integration ability of information technology and curriculum teaching among primary school teachers.Based on the "Teacher Information Technology Application Capability Standard for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)" and related research results,a system for the integration of information technology and curriculum teaching ability for primary school teachers based on national standards was established.The system consists of five dimensions and twenty-five sub-abilities.Five dimensions include technical literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,assessment and diagnosis,learning and development.Based on this,a questionnaire for the integration of primary school teachers' information technology and curriculum teaching was developed.The questionnaire selected 210 primary school teachers before the formal measurement.SPSS24.0 software was used to analyze the data and verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.During the formal measurement,the author randomly selected 300 primary school teachers from 8 elementary schools in L area as the research subjects,and conducted interviews with 10 of them.After statistical analysis of interviews and questionnaire data,the author found that the information technology environment is not perfect enough;the primary school teacher's concept of integration is not clear;some of them have insufficient ability;and they do not know enough about the ways to develop their abilities.In order to solve these problems,attribution analysis was conducted to analyze low degree of integration and efficiency between information technology and curriculum teaching of primary school from the aspects of government,schools,the basic teaching organization and individual teachers.Some suggestions and development strategies were put forward to improve the management and enhance the ability of primary school teachers to integrate the information technology and curriculum teaching.
