Research On The Evolution Of Modern And Contemporary Physical Education Methods In China

The teaching method of physical education is an important part of the physical education process.Only by selecting and applying the correct methods of physical education can we improve the teaching quality and efficiency of physical education classrooms,ensure the smooth implementation of physical education courses,and implement the guiding principles of "health first" and "lifetime sports".In 2011,the "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards" emphasized the need to pay attention to the guidance of the student learning method.Many new teaching methods have emerged in the teaching of physical education,such as independent learning method,inquiry learning method,and cooperative learning method.Due to the lack of understanding,the emergence of new physical education teaching methods has caused many teachers to have some misunderstandings.The use of past teaching methods in teaching is considered to be inconsistent with the new curriculum standards.Many teachers are overwhelmed by this understanding.The appearance of the situation and the teachers do not understand the development of sports teaching methods do not understand there are many major relations.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the evolution of physical education teaching methods.Our country's physical education methods have now undergone more than a hundred years of development and changes.We learn from the historical stages of sociology and divide this period into five stages: during the late Qing Dynasty(1840-1911)and after the Revolution of 1911,the Northern Warlords The period(1912-1926),the Kuomintang period(1927-1949),the period from the founding of the country to the end of the 20 th century(the end of 1949-20 th century),and the period of the new curriculum standard(2001-present).This article mainly uses literature methods,expert interview methods and other methods to sort out and analyze the development of physical education methods in the above five social development periods,and summarizes the characteristics of theevolution of physical education methods.The research conclusions show that: First,most of the modern sports teaching methods in our country are learned abroad,and lack localized physical education methods.Second,The development of modern and contemporary physical education methods in China is in line with the changes in society and the changes in teaching objectives.It shows the tendency of being social,oriented,and people-oriented.Third,China's modern and contemporary methods of physical education have presented three developmental nodes in the process of evolution: the design of physical education curriculum content,the teaching of physical education methods,and the study of sports teaching strategies.Several suggestions for the above conclusions:(1)Based on the introduction of sports teaching methods,continuous reforms and innovations have been made to explore physical education methods that are localized in China.(2)In the process of physical education teaching,a variety of physical education methods should be used in combination to teach,continuously improve the teaching efficiency of the classroom,and effectively improve the students' ability to exercise.(3)P.E.teachers should constantly change their teaching concepts.Based on the original P.E.teaching methods,they should fully consider the status of students as the main body and continuously create physical education methods that meet the students' physical and mental development.(4)The design of physical education teaching method should cover the multidisciplinary theory,take its essence,go to its dross,and promote the reform of physical education teaching methods.
