Agricultural And Forestry College Students Serving Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives Willingness And Influencing Factors

Farmers' professional cooperatives play an important role in promoting the development of modern agriculture as an important part of the new agricultural management.Because of the small number of students participating in the farmer's professional cooperatives,it is necessary to understand the willingness of the college students to participate in the cooperative cooperatives of the agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,and to find out the influencing factors of the willingness of the college students to participate in cooperatives.In this paper,through the use of literature research,empirical research and questionnaire survey research methods,through the current farmer professional cooperatives in the allocation of talent structure,agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in the farmer professional cooperatives talent intake ratio and agricultural and forestry colleges and universities for agricultural professional cooperatives Based on the investigation and analysis of the training facilities,this paper has learned that the share of the peasants' professional cooperatives in the agricultural and forestry colleges is low,and the resources of the college students in the agricultural and forestry colleges are not effectively configured.Therefore,through the empirical analysis of the wishes and influencing factors of the college students in the agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,the author understands the cognition level,trust degree,interest relationship,family members influence,and farmer's professional cooperative education of agricultural and forestry college students,Agricultural and forestry college students own ideas and so directly affect the agricultural and forestry college students on the farmer's professional cooperative choice.It is proposed to strengthen the awareness of college students in agriculture and forestry colleges,strengthen the awareness of college students in agriculture and forestry colleges,correct their attitudes,standardize the construction of farmer's professional cooperatives,carry out cooperative education and create a good government image and so on to further promote and strengthen college students to participate in cooperatives The willingness to develop more talents for the development of cooperatives.
