Teachers are the core elements of education,their teaching quality and comprehensive quality is related to the survival and development of the whole school.Since 1999,China's higher education has entered the large-scale enrollment expansion,the scale of colleges and universities is increasing.In particular,the construction of music teachers has gradually become a major bottleneck in the development of colleges and universities,especially the structure of teaching staff has always been unreasonable.This paper is on the basis of this,combining with actual occupation development of music teachers in Colleges and universities,put forward to improve the local college music teachers occupation development countermeasures,helps to provide theoretical basis for promoting teachers' teaching quality and school level.Music teachers shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high quality talents for the country,plays a decisive role in improving the quality of education and the level of running a school.Its comprehensive quality and specialization also play an important role in the educational reform.According to the characteristics of professional development of music teachers in local colleges and universities.The Hunan Agricultural University,which has a major in performing arts(including music),and music teachers in Central South University of Forestry and Technology with music major.First of all,the author analyzes the main features of the professional development of teachers in the local universities from two aspects: the particularity of the music teachers and the characteristics of the professional development of the local college teachers;Secondly,from the basic personal information,teaching and scientific research,occupation planning and occupation planning and training incentive mechanism related aspects of occupation development status of local university teachers in Hunan province launched an investigation and interview.At the same time,based on the analysis of the present situation of the professional development of music teachers in local colleges and universities in Hunan,this paper probes into the problems and causes of the professional development of music teachers in two local colleges and universities in Hunan province.The problems include the subject status improved,but there is still a gap between teachers' lack of practical experience,a large number of scientific research,but the relatively low level of teachers' incentive and restraint mechanism has not yet formed;and finally puts forward some operable plans,including the overall support of discipline development,improvement and development of teaching,scientific research promotion and improve the organizational system.In order to improve the quality of teachers and teaching practice smoothly to lay a solid foundation.
