With development of society, more and more people begin to concern on the issue how to cultive students’individuality of acting and thinking indepently. Among those factors whicn infect students’individuality, teaching individuality is the most important one. Shaping the teachin individuality depends on correlations of mulple factors as well as other prerequisites. From the teaching process, teaching individuality show us the quality of "doing for human being" and "doing by human being". By teaching activities, teachers impel students to develope fully.Students’personal growth would be impssible without teaching individuality. Teaching individuality demonstrate the characteristic of differences, diversity and individuality. Teaching is a personal activity, during the process teachers display their good qulity, develop their teaching personaliyt, show the feeling of being themselves, lead students to touth the beauty of life, which is the duty of teachers, as well as the goal of being happy.Therefor, teaching individuality is the excellent quality highlighting in the teaching activities, which lead students’unique growth.theaching individuality including three important elements:Independent individuality, free thought and wisdom of innovation. Based on the system education and independent creation, teachers are eager to own wisdom of education, to realize individual value, to show the truth, good and beauty. In fact, teaching individuality is not queer performances. But to be theachers themselves, so, in essence, teaching individuality cover three aspects:Independent individuality,free thought and wisdom of innovation.we can divide teaching individuality into two parts: inner part and outer part.inner part includs style of teaching thought and self-realizatong of teaching.the latter includs teaching self-knowledge,self-experience and self-control. Out part includs teachers’performance methods, emotion and speech. development stage of teaching individuality are natural realm, utility realm, morality realm and freedom realm.The ultimate value of teaching is the development of the students, Lies in the cultivation of innovative practice ability, that is to say, It is to cultivate independent consciousness and independent individuality.imagine what students could be without teaching individuality? it must be impossibe to cultiviate students’special individuality if teaching individuality dies out.the value of teaching individuality is very clear, but, in the classroom, we are not able to find the track of teaching individuality. Following the clue "teachers-teaching-students", we can find the lackage of teaching individuality with three phenomenon.First, teachers are objective, teaching individuality can not exist anywhere. Teachers’subject awareness is sleeping, their subject status devolute, they no longer play a key role in the teaching. Second, teacher persui the efficiency of teaching,pay more attention to it and forget the meaning of lives, which lead them low their value and status,valishing students life experience.last,students dehumanization appear,which rusult from the persuit of efficiency of teaching, more seeking for utility, the crisis of marginalization, consequently teachers lost their teaching individuality.Teaching individuality not only transfer value, but also load value. As the teacher’s individual quality in teaching practice and teaching process in highlight and carry forward, Teaching individuality lead the development of students’individuality as the aim, which has the inestimable value.for teachers’self realization, all-round growth of students, the school characteristic development, education reform and innovation. Teaching individuality can trigger the freedom of teachers’life, save teachers life themselves, transforma of teaching life,highlight the humanistic value; nourish the individual life, To enrich the students’life experience, guide students towards individuality development; shape special schools,rebuild the foundation of school., improve school teaching quality.schools can not develope very well without teaching individuality.teachers are the key factor of education reform,their excellent quality can help promote the reform of education,guide edcation innovation process.When we reseach teaching individuality problems from a cultural perspective, we have set a hypothesis:the growth of teaching individuality need school culture to promote.without school cultive, teaching individuality would exsist anywhere. In the key period of the current curriculum refom pushing into the depth degree, building school culture is the most important way to adapt to the new situation.but it is not a short time to finish school culture building。By chance the creation of school culture curriculum reform, the school culture has a apportunity to get conscious awareness to ensure that all measures of curriculum reform run in practice, including crecating suitable cultural surrounding for teaching individuality. While we can’t generate teaching individuality that entirely attributed to the school’s culture, However, the school culture is an important and indispensable cultural environment for teaching individuality formation. Based on understanding and perception of school culture, according to this way that from external to internal thoughts we chose five cultural elements from "others-System-individual" three levels:school leaders, teachers, training, system specification and professional life.then we began to do In-depth analysis and discussion between the five "cultural elements" and the teaching individuality.The reasons restricting the teaching individuality is in many aspects. From the cultural perspective, closely related with teaching individuality "school culture" of the important five "cultural elements" were investigated, In order to reconstruct the five kinds of "culture elements". So that we must construct school cultural environment for the teaching individuality. Although the external changes may not be able to contribute to teachers’teaching individuality releasing, the five kinds of "culture elements" in the school culture of teaching individuality influencing character by environment is be obvious to people, The reconstruction of school culture from the five aspects is to explore the teaching individuality of the road.First, we should Improve school leadership culture, transform school leadership, build a common vision school, enhance the school leader charm.Second, we should change the community culture of teacher, advocate teacher dialogue and cooperation, promote teachers to be open, respect teachers’mental freedom.Three,we should Improve the learning and training culture, build learning organization, encourage students self-learning,integrate informal learning.forth, we should Improve regulations culture, stimulate vitality, respect intercourse symbiosis,highlight the cultural connotation.last,we should transform professional life, arouse teachers’ self, reflecte teaching practice, experience education research.
