The development of the economy depends on the prosperity of the manufacturing industry.Machinery manufacturing technology represents the advanced degree of manufacturing productivity.The goal of mechanical majors in vocational colleges and universities is to train high-quality laborers and skilled talents who serve first-line machinery manufacturing.However,there are still shortcomings in their teaching patterns,such as the lack of "double-teacher" teachers in terms of teachers;In terms of teaching mode,theoretical courses are still the mainstay,and practical training courses and practical operations are too few;The experimental training equipment is too old and low in practicality.In order to solve these problems,this paper investigates the current teaching situation of mechanical majors in vocational colleges and adopts the teaching model of "rational integration" to explore the teaching improvement of mechanical majors in vocational colleges and universities,and conducts teaching experiments in the mechanical specialty course "Metal Processing Foundation".The experiment shows that the "rational integration" teaching model has a good effect on the improvement of the above problems.On the basis of this,this paper complements and consummates the teaching model of "rational integration" and puts forward the teaching of mechanical specialty in secondary vocational colleges and universities.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background significance,research status,research content and research method of this thesis.In the second part,the author expounds the teaching mode of "rational integration" in this thesis.In the third part,the author makes a field investigation to a secondary school in Guiyang,investigates and studies the teaching status quo of mechanical specialty,and analyzes the teaching status,problems and solutions of today's secondary school.The fourth part,through the above investigation,constructs the teaching mode of "rational integration" in mechanical specialty,and analyzes the teaching mode of "rational integration" in depth;The fifth part,take the course "Metal Processing Foundation" as an example to carry on the teaching experiment analysis.
