With the development of the society and the propel of urbanization and the improvement of life,people are seeking for high quality education services,which will be likely cause the phenomenon that a crowd of students come into the good schools in the cities.Therefore many schools in poor areas are facing with the lack of good students and teachers,so the teaching effects are not satisfying.It is urgent for schools in poor areas to think about how to improve the teaching quality,slow down the loss of students and make teachers stay in these schools.Huaian county education administration has come up with “Circulation-Difference Instruction” in response to the concept of national new curriculum reform.The “Circulation-Difference Instruction” is characterized with circulation study and difference development,aiming at building high effective classroom teaching.The author carried out a practical study on the junior school physics teaching using the “Circulation-Difference Instruction”,according to the circumstances in rural schools and aiming at improving teaching effects.Begin with the research background,research significance and research questions The author studied the “Circulation-Difference Instruction” and the compulsory education physics curriculum standards systematically and carried out the research based on many years' teaching experience.This article carried out serious assessment and summarization of the research by using literature study,teaching practices,case study,questionnaire,interview,students' marks comparison and etc.This research applied the “Circulation-Difference Instruction” and took the actual situation in my school into consideration.The essay consists of five logically coherent chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which gives a brief introduction to the research background,the significance and current research situation,research methods and so on.Chapter Two is mainly about the introduction of “Circulation-Difference Instruction”,related models,student groups and classroom teaching procedures.Chapter Three is about the discussion from the teaching behaviors,classroom teaching management,writing of the guide papers in “Circulation-Difference Instruction”.Chapter Four is the investigation and analysis of the physics teaching models in “Circulation-Difference Instruction” from the aspects of teaching practices,applying questionnaires,interview and analysis of the physics test marks.Chapter Five is the conclusion.It includes the summarization and reflections of the teaching practices.Based on the analysis of the results of the experimental class and the control class,a few results can be drawn.The results indicate that the autonomy study ability and the marks of the students in poor rural areas can be greatly improved by applying the “Circulation-Difference Instruction”.Therefore the “Circulation-Difference Instruction” is worth further research,perfection and promotion.
