The Lifelong of learning needs higher requirements for education, the theory and practice of cultivate autonomous learning have achieved achievements, such as the student-oriented concept. This concept believes that the preset-homework can lead students to study independently. Through the collection of existing data, the preset-homework has not formed a coherent system. Whether it can offer beneficial impact to the students' learning and self-study ability, there has no data analysis to support it.The research focuses on the following three questions: (1) How to design the preset-homework scientifically and use them to expand teaching? (2) Does the preset-homework have a significant effect on students' test score and self-study ability? (3)Is the training of preset-homework has the same effect on different students?This paper first defines the core concept, and discusses the design and evaluation of preset-homework. Secondly, take the experimental research, put forward the experimental hypothesis, design comparative experiment, collect data after the teaching practice of one academic year. We use the evaluation questionnaire of autonomous learning ability to collect the total score of two classes and six dimensions of data,and then analyze the difference of average. The research divides two classes into three levels, compares the difference of test scores between different student groups. Some students from different groups in the experimental class were interviewed which can help us analyze the influence of preset-homework on different students.Based on the above researches, the results show that the difference between the experimental class and the control class is not significant. So the preset-homework can not improve the academic performance of all students; To achieve the significant difference only for the eugenics and average student groups ( top 30 in the ranking class ), the preset-homework has individual differences in students' training effect, and related to students' learning ability and habits; The score of the two classes of autonomous learning ability questionnaire and each dimension scores reached a significant level, which proves that the preset-homework can significantly improve the self-learning ability of the whole class.In order to improve the effectiveness of the preset-homework,especially for those students who below the secondary learning level, the author draws on the arrangement of learning, reflects on the deficiencies of the existing results, and puts forward some suggestions for teachers to use and improve preset-homework.
