The Physics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education clearly pointed out that the aim of physics curriculum is that teachers should care about all students in teaching process and pay attention to individual differences of each student as well as provide equal learning opportunities and development opportunities for students,and,at last,improve the scientific literacy of all students.Due to the pressure High School Entrance Examination puts on both teachers and students and the limitation of large-scale class teaching mode,most teachers still adopt the traditional education mode-mass production of standard parts.In class,students listen to same contents,do same homework and even accept the same way of examination,in the long run,it is bound to cause the aggravation of polarization of students,which is contrary to the basic concept of curriculum standards.Therefore,in the study,in order to cover all students,pay attention to students’ individual differences and promote all the students to develop,some teaching strategies which are put forward according to the current differences between students will be applied to the physical review classes,which are aimed at resolving the current important problem that the large-scale teaching mode is faced with.This paper,combined with the relevant theories of difference teaching,is devoted to the study of how teachers can guide students with different personality differences in the physics review classes so as to promote each student to make progress.First of all,the feasibility of differential teaching being applied to physics review classes in junior middle school is analyzed by consulting relevant references and books at home and abroad and current trend of education development.Second,several methods such as questionnaire,observation in class is used in order to find out and record student’s differences in physical level,learning interest,learning initiative,learning styles objectively.Also,on the basis of results’ differences,some teaching strategies has come up such as the hierarchical learning,diversified teaching,heterogeneous cooperative learning,staggered time guidance,individualized teaching and Multi-evaluation.All the methods and teaching strategies mentioned above are designed to satisfy different students’ learning needs and make every student make progress in the physical review classes,among which,differential teaching strategies used in class mainly refer to stratified guidance,diversified teaching methods and heterogeneous cooperation and so on.And the staggered time guidance strategy is mainly used to solve students’ differences after class.Finally,through one-year teaching practice,by making a comparison on the students’ academic performance,interest and initiative towards learning between the experimental classes and comparative classes,it is found that students in the experimental class made progress and more and more students are getting interested in physics learning.At the same time,most students’ study habits had been improved,they like to participate in classroom activities as well as actively express their “strange” views.The results of study show that the teaching strategy with "difference" can not only promote the improvement of students’ academic performance,but also promote students to develop a good learning attitude and learning habits,which is more conducive to the long-term development of students and tend to get better teaching results.Putting forward the strategy of staggered time guidance makes this thesis different from others,which aims to make up for the deficiencies in classroom teaching,better cover all students,and facilitate the common progress of students in different levels.At the same time,It is beneficial for teachers to have an understanding of the student’ situation,communicate with students,teach students according to their special situation and optimize the teaching methods,and at last improve the efficiency of recitation.At the same time,the thesis makes a preliminary attempt to the teaching strategies applied to the physics review class in junior high school so as to provide some strategic references for the physics review class of junior high school.
