In recent years,the teacher qualification examination system of our country is constantly reforming and consummating.In 2015,the teacher qualification "provincial unification examination" has been changed into "National Unification Examination ",and normal school students have been brought into the unified examination scope.In October 2017,the ministry of education promulgated the "implementation measures for the professional certification of normal university teachers"(interim),and decided to carry out the professional certification work of normal universities,which fully reflects the importance attached by the state to the training of high-quality teachers.Normal school students are not only the main source of primary and secondary school teachers,but also an important related person in the reform of teacher qualification examination system.Their approval level of the system of "National Unification Examination" of teacher qualification will directly affect the implementation of the system,and it will also influence the faith of teaching.In this paper,the normal students and non-normal students in four colleges and universities in China were surveyed by questionnaires.The results show that the teachers' college students have some problems such as "National Unification Examination",lack of examination confidence,high test pressure,insufficient understanding and understanding of "National Unification Examination ",general recognition level and dissatisfaction with the validity of curriculum.Under the system of "National Unification Examination ",teachers' college students are confronted with the challenges of high learning pressure,high employment pressure and psychological pressure.The reasons for the challenge of the system of "National Unification Examination" of teacher qualification to normal students can be attributed to the three levels of system,institutions and normal students.From the system level,the content of "National Unification Examination" of teacher qualification is imperfect and the propaganda of teacher qualification "National Unification Examination" is not enough is the most basic external reason.From the view of colleges and universities,the lack of learning resources,the unreasonable course setting,the lack of practicality of curriculum,the single teaching method and the absence of communication between teachers and students are important external reasons.From the individual level of normal university students,the professional quality of normal students' needs to be improved,and the ability of psychological endurance is the root cause.In order to improve the competitiveness of normal university students in the " National Unification Examination " to meet the above challenges,this article suggests: in the system level,the form and content of the "national examination" of teacher qualification needs to be further improved,the written examination can adopt multiple questions and multiple models,to improve the interview organizational procedures and evaluation standards,increase publicity efforts,broaden the propaganda channels.On the level of colleges and universities,we should develop and build teachers ' curriculum learning resources,adjust course contents,optimize curriculum structure,strengthen practice base construction,implement double tutor system,reform teaching methods.At the individual level,normal college students should establish lifelong learning idea,promote professional quality,raise the sense of competition in employment,strengthen their faith in teaching,correctly treat "National Unification Examination" and enhance psychological endurance.
