As a professional course of teacher education,the teacher education curriculum is the main source of professional skills acquisition for normal college students.Therefore,teacher education curriculum construction is very important.After China promulgated the "Teacher Education Curriculum Standard(Trial)" in October 2011,all kinds of higher normal colleges and universities have adjusted and set up teacher education courses in accordance with this.This article is intended to adjust teachers' education courses in local post-secondary teachers colleges.Implementation status,existing problems and related countermeasures are systematically investigated and analyzed.The use of literature research methods,questionnaire surveys,and interviews is a major example.Taking H Province Normal University as an example,questionnaires and interviews are conducted on teachers of teacher education courses and some normal students,combined with teacher professional development,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation.In theory,the status quo and problems of the implementation of teacher education curriculum are analyzed,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.This article is divided into the following sections:The first chapter summarizes the research status.It collates,analyzes,and summarizes research on relevant literature at home and abroad to clarify the thinking and clarify the research status.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of this study and provides theoretical support for the study.The third chapter is the analysis of the status quo of the implementation of teacher education curriculum in provincial normal universities.Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and normal students,and using SPSS22.0software to analyze the data obtained from the survey,we clearly understand the status quo of teacher education programs in H province.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the problems in the implementation of teacher education curriculum in provincial normal universities.Through the analysis of the relevant data and interview materials,the actual problems in the process of theimplementation of teacher education programs in H province are found.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the implementation of teacher education curriculum in provincial normal universities.The causes of the problems in the implementation of the teacher education curriculum in H Province Normal University are analyzed in depth and the groundwork for the proposal is laid.Chapter Sixth,Countermeasures and Suggestions.Based on the above discussion and analysis,we propose strategies for improving the implementation of teacher education programs in local teachers' universities.
