In the future the society will be "information technology", "learning", "globalization" and "diversity" one. With the deepening of reform and opening up ,in the future the international community will have an extensive and profound impact on our country's development .In this case, the local colleges and universities'"National Defense Education" Curriculum and Instruction will be faced with new opportunities, new problems and new challenges. "National Defense Education" curriculum and teaching research needs an open mind and creativity and vision .It needs a comprehensive and accurate grasp of social change, especially on military affairs.
