On Course Construction Of Newly - Established Local Colleges

With the expending of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities,the high education of China has got historical breakthrough,and reaches the basic goal of popularization of higher education.The local technological academies in which the teaching level has reached the norm of the universities have raised status to the universities and colleges of undergraduate course.As a result,the education with high quality has been supplied in wider scale.However,most of the new universities and colleges of undergraduate course are based on the technological academies which are combined to such universities,and of which the ideal of teaching and the teaching style is plenty of weakness.The structure of the curriculums is the basis of realizing the goal of the school education,meanwhile,it is the foothold of the diverse reform.So it is the structure of the curriculums which is of great importance to the development and improvement of the new universities and colleges of undergraduate course which is the new blood of the educational popularization.This paper has done a desk study on the way to establish the curriculum of the new built universities and colleges of undergraduate courses.It consists of three parts.The first part is a theoretical explanation of the new built universities and colleges of undergraduate courses. Firstly,the relative concepts have been explained,and then the goal,the foundation and the contents of the new built universities and colleges has been talked about.In the second part,the problems in building the new universities have been explained from five angles such as the ranks of teachers,the teaching contents and the textbooks,teaching methods,the field school and the management of the curriculum.In the third part,the strategies of the curriculum establishment of the new built colleges have been talked about from eight angles such as the curriculum establishment ideal of "people oriented",strengthening the establishment of the ranks of the teachers,refreshing the teaching content,emphasizing the structure of the textbook,reforming the teaching method,building the field school,forming a set of curriculum management and emphasizing the characteristic of the new built universities,etc.
