Research About Ecological Imbalance And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Aesthetic Education Resources In Colleges And Universities

As one of the important links in the construction of modern aesthetic education system,aesthetic education in colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating all-round development of advanced talents and cultural inheritance.However,the long-term aesthetic education in our country has been in the edge of higher education,the effect is unsatisfactory,and its content,methods,means couldn’t meet the needs the development of cultivating all-round talent.As an important ecological factor of aesthetic education system in colleges and universities,aesthetic resources of colleges and universities are the basic conditions of the development of aesthetic education ecosystem in colleges and universities.However,the current problems of ecological imbalance in the construction of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities highlights the shortage of aesthetic education resources,uneven distribution and low utilization rate of colleges and universities to restrict the development of aesthetic education to varying degrees.The research on the construction of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities is not only the need to promote the development of aesthetic education system in colleges and universities,but also the inevitable requirement of the construction of modern aesthetic education system in our country.Based on the theory of educational ecology,this paper takes literature analysis method and investigation method to study the current situation of the construction of aesthetic education resources in six different types of full-time undergraduate colleges in Henan province.This paper analyzes the ecological imbalance in the construction of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities,which is mainly for the shortage of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities,the uneven distribution and the low utilization efficiency.And the paper also analyzes the causes of the ecological imbalance of the construction of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities from the inside to the outside,and explains the plight of the construction of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities mainly from the aspects of genetic factors and niche.The external environment research is mainly from the government,colleges and universities,aesthetic education teachers and other aspects of the construction of aesthetic education resources in the ecological environment.Finally,the countermeasures of ecological construction of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities are discussed.On the issues of the problems in the construction of aesthetic education resources in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of educational ecology,which mainly includes: expanding the niche of aesthetic education,expanding the effective supply of aesthetic resources in colleges and universities;breaking the flower pot effect,realizing the synergetic evolution of aesthetic education in colleges and universities;optimizing the ecological environment of aesthetic education and promoting the sustained and healthy development of aesthetic education in colleges and universities.
