With the acceleration of the school and the country's aesthetic education,college aesthetic education has increasingly become an important factor in cultivating high-level professionals.In 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued the “Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education” to make requirements and provide guidance for promoting the development of school aesthetic education.As the advanced stage and the final stage of the implementation of school aesthetic education,colleges and universities have the task of improving the aesthetic quality and humanistic quality of college students based on professional talents training.This also highlights the characteristics of aesthetic education activities in colleges and universities with profound aesthetic knowledge as the logical starting point,compensation and development as value orientation and striving for practical aesthetic education activities.Compensatory aesthetic education and developmental aesthetic education are concepts that proposed for college students who lack aesthetic education experience and basic aesthetic knowledge and skills.The purpose of the former is to compensate for students who lack aesthetic education and basic knowledge of aesthetics and arts skills,and the latter is to carry out a higher level of aesthetics with the profound knowledge of aesthetic education,which is the nature and laws of beauty,such as professional aesthetics,cross-professional aesthetics.Finally,this will complete the shaping of students' outlook on world,life and values,and further enhance their humanities,quality of life and professional quality.There are a lot of achievements in the research and practice of aesthetic education courses in colleges and universities,but there are still some negligence.In particularly,the study of aesthetic education curriculum ignores the status of the implementation of aesthetic education in primary and middle schools,which can easily lead to the aesthetic and physical needs of college students.Taking the art discipline as an example to compare the experimental and revised editions of the art curriculum standards,it is found that the aesthetics is the core received increasing attention in art teaching.Aesthetic education has to be based on aesthetic experience and feeling.At the same time,through the investigation of the basic aesthetic quality and aesthetic education curriculum requirements of college students,it is found that college students have basic aesthetic qualities to some extent,but they lack the basic aesthetic knowledge and skills.And college students have strong aesthetic education curriculum requirements,but the aesthetic education curriculum system is incomplete.This proves partly the concept of compensatory and developmental aesthetic education,and shows that college aesthetic education curriculum should compensate college students for basic aesthetic knowledge and skills,and develop their professional and interdisciplinary aesthetics.Therefore,the task of compensation and development is emphasized in the design of college aesthetic education curriculum.First and foremost,the goal design of the aesthetic education curriculum is based on the aesthetic needs of college students,social aesthetic development and expert advice from aesthetic education,systematized,adaptive and hierarchical as the basic principle,and construct a three-dimensional and two-fold target system to promote the development of college students' complete aesthetic ability.Secondly,the content design of aesthetic education curriculum is taking the knowledge value theory,profound knowledge theory and physical and mental experience level as the screening criteria,and the basic knowledge of aesthetics and art,professional and crossborder aesthetic rules as the main content.And a pyramid-like curriculum structure is formed.The tower base is compensatory basic aesthetic education curriculum,the tower body is the development of higher education aesthetic education curriculum,and the spire is an aesthetic life.Thirdly,the curriculum evaluation design of aesthetic education is taking the multi-evaluation subject,comprehensive evaluation content and interesting evaluation method as evaluation concept.According to the predetermined course objectives and the degree of student development,the article builds a curriculum implementation and student development evaluation dimension system that includes three levels such as curriculum rationality,student development level and teacher and student performance status,and specifically divides nine secondary dimensions and twenty-three tertiary dimensions,and gives advice on the way of scoring and weight.According to the design idea of this course,the article selects “A Brief History of Chinese Music” and “Calligraphy Appreciation” as the case of design of compensatory aesthetic education curriculum,and chooses the development aesthetic education curriculum design of “Nursing Aesthetics”,“Aesthetic Cross-border” and “College Aesthetic Education”,which analyzes information about its curriculum,course objectives,course content,and course evaluation according to the syllabus provided and the course video.It is found that it basically conforms to the aesthetic design curriculum.But in general,these courses have not yet formed a unified system,scattered in different regions,schools and colleges.It is difficult to achieve compensatory and developmental aesthetic education goals.College aesthetic education courses are not completed by a single art appreciation.It is better to build aesthetic education curriculum in a fixed credit system.Therefore,the design and implementation of aesthetic education curriculum in colleges and universities requires some safety measures.In response to the current aesthetic education policy and practice environment in colleges and universities,the article puts forward three suggestions.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the institutional guarantee of aesthetic education courses in colleges and universities,including strengthening the leadership of aesthetic education,formulating relevant work norms,revising professional training programs,increasing the elements of aesthetic education,improving the aesthetics credit system,and optimizing the conversion of aesthetic education credits.The second is to enhance the union of cross-professional and crossschool of aesthetic education teachers in colleges and universities.On the one hand,the Center for Aesthetic Education is required to provide think tank services and invite senior professors to participate in the design of aesthetic education courses,and encourage young teachers to participate in the training of aesthetic education courses.The third is to promote the application of “Internet Plus” technology in colleges and universities,enrich the online curriculum resources of colleges and universities,and build a big data platform for college aesthetic education.
