This paper selects the village of Daxi on the west side of Yuli as a field investigation point.In this village,the national authority gradually shaped in the process of community development is explored.The highest correlation with the development of the village economy,the concept of community culture,and the autonomous system of this village are presented as cases.The case of construction is presented to explore the causes and operating rules of the power system of Daxi village under the authoritative guidance model and its influence.Meanwhile,the practical logic behind the establishment of mutual power in the process of ethnic authority and community development is try to reveal.In this paper,the time of the rapid development of Daxi village after the reform and opening up from extreme poverty to a ‘star village' in Xinjiang is taken as the main line of the research.Then its three economic-oriented transformation stages correspond exactly to the three community stages are discovered.In the development of the village of Daxi,Daxi village's ethnic authority plays a crucial role in the external form of individuals,organizations,or institutions.The legitimacy of ethnic authority as a village authority is also constantly growing and accumulating in the space of community development.In conclusion,this paper investigates the changes in the structural elements of community development,the ups and downs of traditional and modern authority,and the inheritance and development of community systems under the authority of folk authority in Daxi village.It is found that the community development of Daxi village presents a ‘pan-family' type of mutual assistance and cooperation content.,and the pattern features of the ‘pan-class' in external statute form.
