On The Construction Of Academic Degree Programs Of Provincial Universities In Gansu Under The Background Of Double Tops

The construction of the academic degree programs is the lifeline of the universities' survival and development,and it is related to the improvement of the level and overall level of school running.Since the establishment of Double Tops,many colleges and universities have started from the point of academic degree programs,actively carried out the adjustment of the academic degree structures,and consolidated advantageous resources.For some local colleges and universities,they will face new opportunities and challenges.How to seize the opportunities,effectively respond to challenges,and find new growth points and breakthroughs under the background of Double Tops will be worth pondering.At the same time,building a well-to-do society in an all-round way poses new requirements for the establishment of academic degree programs in province-subordinate colleges in Gansu Province.It is necessary to effectively change the development thinking way,actively connect the industrial structure,and realize the connotative development of degree programs.How to explore an effective development path under the new historical environment is also a realistic issue to be solve by the universities in Gansu Province urgently.To sum up,based on the above analysis,this paper selects the issue of the establishment of academic degree programs in provincial universities in Gansu Province under the background of Double Tops as the starting point.Based on the theory of Synergetics and Law of Internal and External Relations of Education,this study takes the establishment of eight provincial-level universities with the master or doctoral degree in Gansu Province as the research object.First of all,it defines the core concepts such as degree,degree program,and degree program construction,clarify the contents of the construction of degree programs,analyze the theoretical basis for the construction of degree points.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the development of academic points in eight provincial universities by using the methods of statistical analysis and comparison.Then,it proposes the advantages and problems of the development of degree programs in provincial universities in Gansu Province as well as the opportunities and challenges faced under the background of Double Tops construction based on the SWOT analysis.Lastly,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the establishment of academic degree programs in provincial universities in Gansu Province under the background of Double Tops: strengthening the top-level design and formulating a scientific plan for the construction of degree programs;strengthening the project establishment of academic degree programs;greatly enhancing the establishment of professional degree programs;reinforcing the construction of academic degree programs with the advantages,characteristics,and interdisciplinary disciplines based on the local situations;strengthening the construction of supervisors' team with high quality and perfecting the internal quality assurance system for academic degree programs.
