Since 2000,for the corresponding national call,high school in the more developed areas had started the Xinjiang classes in the hinterland.Cultivating a group of elites for Xinjiang not only promoted the economic development of Xinjiang,but also met the needs of national unity.The Xinjiang classes in the hinterland has been opened for 17 years now.Learning and living conditions of the Xinjiang children are getting better.Physics is a important central discipline of natural science.Physics learning,the key to improve the students' grades,is of great significance for construction of Xinjiang.The prerequisite is excavating potential in physical learning.The students' enthusiasm of learning physics is high.However,there are some psychological barriers in physical learning,the current problem of physics teaching.Therefore,teachers must develop key competencies of students comprehensively,guide them to set up a good learning attitude,enable them master the efficient learning method,and make each students have the full development of multiple intelligences from the common psychological barriers.In this paper,the Xinjiang students in No.14 high school of H city,were investigated by literature,questionnaire,observation and ethnography.This paper investigates and analyzes the psychological barriers in the five dimensions of learning attitude,learning method,self-confidence,willpower obstacle and thinking obstacle of the students.Taking the new curriculum reform of Heilongjiang Province as an opportunity to cultivate students' key competencies,based on the theory of multiple intelligences put forward by Gardner,in order to cultivate the multiple intelligences of each students from the five dimensions of the students' psychological barriers.This paper applies Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences to teaching,assisted the important thought of Rites and Learning,the traditional education theory.In the critical period of deepening the reform of curriculum education and developing the core competencies hinterland and improve the cultivation of core competencies effectively.
